WHAT IS RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS

Rhythmic gymnastics is an Olympic female-only sport. It combines elements of gymnastics and dance and we make use of hand apparatus such as ribbons, ropes, hoops, balls & clubs.

Rhythmic gymnastics is the most elegant and graceful of sports and teaches co-ordination, agility, musicality, flexibility & discipline.
